3. No Guaranteed Results

WebClickLabs may help businesses improve lead capture, follow-up, website structure, review request processes, and communication systems. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, leads, appointments, sales, reviews, or return on investment.

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control, including your market, offer, pricing, reputation, response time, staff, sales process, advertising, competition, and customer demand.

The FTC has emphasized that disclosures should be clear and noticeable when needed to avoid misleading consumers, so your website claims and business representations should remain accurate and not overpromise results.

4. Payments and Billing

If you purchase services from WebClickLabs, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms presented at the time of purchase or agreement.

• Monthly services are billed on a recurring monthly basis

• Payments are due in advance

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

• Setup fees, monthly fees, usage fees, phone/SMS fees, carrier fees, or third-party platform costs may apply depending on the service

5. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may use third-party tools or platforms, including but not limited to website builders, CRM systems, SMS/email providers, phone systems, calendar tools, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and automation platforms.

You understand that third-party tools may have their own terms, policies, fees, limitations, outages, approval requirements, or compliance rules.

WebClickLabs is not responsible for third-party platform downtime, rejected registrations, account limitations, carrier filtering, changes in third-party pricing, or third-party service interruptions.

6. SMS, Phone, and Messaging

If our services include SMS, phone, missed-call text-back, chat-to-text, speed-to-lead follow-up, or related messaging features, you understand that messaging may be subject to carrier rules, registration requirements, message filtering, consent requirements, and third-party provider approvals.

You are responsible for ensuring that your business has proper consent to contact leads, customers, and prospects by phone, text, email, or other communication methods.

Messaging services may require A2P 10DLC registration, toll-free verification, identity verification, or other carrier compliance steps before texting is fully active.

WebClickLabs may assist with setup and guidance, but we cannot guarantee approval, deliverability, or uninterrupted messaging service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver services, including business details, website content, contact information, branding assets, service descriptions, pricing, legal information, and access to required accounts.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing website content for accuracy

• Ensuring your business information is correct

• Responding to leads and customers

• Maintaining required licenses, permits, and legal compliance

• Providing proper SMS/email consent language where required

• Honoring opt-out requests

• Keeping account access secure

• Not using our systems for spam, fraud, illegal activity, or misleading claims

8. Website Content and Edits

WebClickLabs may use templates, prebuilt layouts, standard copy frameworks, stock images, client-provided content, or industry-specific content to build websites efficiently.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services do not include unlimited custom design, custom development, custom copywriting, SEO campaigns, advertising management, legal review, or ongoing strategy consulting.

Minor factual edits may be included depending on your package. Larger revisions, custom work, or additional requests may require additional fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All WebClickLabs website content, branding, designs, systems, templates, workflows, automation structures, copy frameworks, graphics, and materials are owned by WebClickLabs or licensed to WebClickLabs unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or reuse our templates, systems, designs, workflows, or materials without written permission.

Client-provided logos, photos, trademarks, and business information remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

10. Website and System Access

Depending on your package, WebClickLabs may provide access to certain tools, dashboards, CRM features, mobile applications, forms, automations, or website systems.

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if:

• Payment fails

• Services are canceled

• The account is misused

• Required compliance steps are not completed

• A third-party platform restricts access

• These Terms are violated

11. Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, monthly services are month-to-month and may be canceled according to the cancellation process provided by WebClickLabs.

Cancellation may result in loss of access to services, systems, automations, hosting, phone numbers, CRM tools, website access, or other features provided through WebClickLabs or third-party platforms.

Certain third-party fees, registration fees, usage fees, or setup fees may be non-refundable.

12. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once services, setup, configuration, software access, website work, automation work, or account provisioning has begun.

Refund eligibility, if any, is determined at the sole discretion of WebClickLabs or as required by law.

We do not guarantee that:

Our total liability for any claim related to our website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to WebClickLabs for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.
