    Terms of Service

    Last updated: [date]

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of [yourwebsite.com] and the services provided by WebClickLabs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

    1. Our Services

WebClickLabs provides done-for-you websites, lead capture, follow-up automation, CRM, and related marketing services for small businesses. Our services are built and delivered on third-party platforms that we configure and manage on your behalf. The specific scope of any engagement may also be set out in a separate service agreement, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms.

    2. Billing and Payment

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis for a recurring monthly fee, billed in advance, with no long-term contract. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial months.

    3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be billed for the following period. Because our services are provided as an ongoing hosted service rather than a one-time product, when you cancel, the website, automations, and other components we host and manage are deactivated and will no longer be live. You keep your own domain name and your customer and contact data, which we will provide to you on request so you can move it elsewhere.

    4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

We retain all ownership of the underlying systems, templates, configurations, automations, and any proprietary materials we use to build and run your services. These are licensed to you for use only while your account is active, and ownership does not transfer to you. You retain ownership of your own brand assets, content, domain, and customer data. You grant us permission to use your business name and materials only as needed to provide the services.

    5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and to comply with all laws that apply to your business, including marketing, email, and text-messaging laws such as obtaining proper consent before contacting your leads and customers. You are responsible for the content and offers you ask us to publish or send on your behalf.

    6. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms and providers for hosting, communications, payments, and related functions. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

    7. No Guarantee of Results

We work hard to deliver a system that performs, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, such as a particular number of leads, customers, or amount of revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offers, and how you handle the opportunities the system creates. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

    8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebClickLabs and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

    9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WebClickLabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

    10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

    11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

    12. Contact Us
